Introduction to EMS Research Seminars and Workshops

A core objective of CERC is to provide “Introduction to EMS Research” programs through a coalition of research champions to communicate the need for change. CERC will perform the appropriate needs-assessment of an interested EMS organisation to identify knowledge gaps, informal leaders, and to determine the organisations’ motivators and satisfiers to utilizing EMS research as a driver for change.  In doing so, CERC establishes creditability of the research curriculum and the facilitators by delivering a curriculum that is not only relevant but also accommodative to the entire EMS organisation.

The CERC workshops and seminars are designed to facilitate a change in culture, CERC will work witht he hosting organization to establish an organisational strategy that will encourage paramedic understanding and appreciation of research.
